Made in the USA from solid 14K Yellow Gold, this medical bracelet features an engravable rectangular bar with a red enamel medical alert symbol, and an anchor chain. The rectangular bar can be engraved with up to 50 characters on the back and 25 characters on the front.

The ID plate (name plate) can be engraved on both sides with a recommended length of 50 or fewer characters on the back and 25 or fewer characters on the front. We can engrave more characters, just be aware that the font (type) size may have to be reduced to fit the ID plate. Many people opt to engrave an important date (like a birth date) on the back or inside of the face plate.
