Great ring, GREAT customer service!

Shopping around for a good looking, rugged, inexpensive wedding band led me to 1000 Jewels. This ring not only caught my eye, but I've received so many compliments on it. It's a comfortable ring considering the width. Best of all, the customer service during a size exchange (due to my error) was outstanding and hassle free! Definitely a home town feel customer service experience that was greatly appreciated.

This is the third ring purchased. All have been beyond expectation. Even a slight size problem with this one was handled quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier. The most important thing to say is that the pictures truly do not do justice to the actual ring. The rings have always looked even better in person and belie the small costs associated.

Rugged, Handsome Ring

Well made, great looking ring. It is a bold statement type of ring but is completely understated if that makes sense. It looks good on, fits well and is quite comfortable. My son does not typically wear jewelry but he loves this ring and get's many compliments. It is big but not overly so, he wears it on his middle finger. Arrived promptly, you will NOT be sorry. Slight defect with the first ring, no questions asked, replaced it PROMPTLY! I love Theresa and Keith and their great service! I feel like they are my home-town jewelers!
