Great Customer Service!

I ordered two rings and they arrived within a few days of my order. The rings were beautiful, but unfortunately, the rings were too large. I was about to leave for a vacation and wanted to wear the rings as a replacement to my wedding band while I was away. After explaining my predicament to the customer service team, they responded to my email quickly and even sent the replacement rings on the weekend. They arrived a day later and were perfect! Great experience!
