I am dissatisfied. This product irritated my ear, it started itching and became swollen and it was suppose to be a Shimmering Silver finish with hypo allergenic Titanium posts; 100% lead and nickel free. I wanted to return the product because I paid too much money for it to cause me such discomfort. However, I needed my orginal invoice and packing slip to return it, in which I had disgarded assuming the product was as it said it was;however, I do love the style of this product.
